Jewel Denyle's Last Movie

The end of work Llupapuquio

We tried the best to make explicit all the functioning of solar water heaters. For that we painted pipes that circulate hot water in red and those in which cold water circulates in blue.

Below is a small glimpse inside showers. We have equipped with a shelf, a coat rack and a towel. We also bought some small brushes to push users to care for and maintain them.

Our little pass mark!

And here's the result:

The very next day we received the best reward.
See for yourself ...

And the more these children are cared ux! Amazing is not it!

hope it lasts ....

other hand we also worked to distribute the furniture that we had to do with a carpenter.
There were a total of 11 shelves, 8 tables and 24 benches.
This furniture has found a place in various schools in the surrounding communities in Andahuaylas.

We also continued to build kitchens in schools improved.
Below the kitchen done in the community of Santa Rosa Chacapuente.

A strength to go into schools to build kitchens, we attracted the attention of children ... Indeed, in the communities of Santa Rosa, children ages 6 to 8 very interested in the training kitchens have claimed.
This training began with classroom training on the kitchen models already built.
Then all the children asked their parents a small fee. They were able to raise enough money to purchase the materials needed to achieve an improved kitchen, which they later built.

Training Solar water heater:

During three days a group of fifteen people came to the casa de Munay (in Andahuaylas) to learn how to build solar water heaters.
This training consisted of a small classroom training with the principle of the water heater and the different types it was possible to build, and then continued in a concrete way by the construction of water heaters.

The first boiler was constructed of the simplest type: PVC pipes painted black.

Then "our students" were separated into 2 groups and they each built water heater with a tank of 50 L operating by thermosyphon.

Thyroid More Condition_symptoms

Friday, July 23, 2010 Saturday, July 10, 2010 Monday, June 28, 2010

Over the last 2 weeks we have been working almost full time on building the public shower in the community of Nahuincucho.

This community is located about an hour's drive from Andahuaylas, we plant the tent site right next to the site. We have saved so much time. The only difficulty is the problem of supply of material, which we impose a proper organization as well as routes well loads!

As you can see, we were very well installed: Small kitchen (wood fired), small benches feeders with planks of wood and adobe, and of course the small tents Quechua!

Regarding the work, we can almost say that everything is finished. We have a few little details to settle, but the inauguration of the building took place last Thursday and showers are used.

Here is a little summary in pictures of the work done during these last 2 weeks:

-The evacuation of water from showers

- The plaster
All the walls (interior and exterior) were coated with plaster to protect the adobe from the infiltration of water

To our delight, the campesinos (people the community) were very invested in this project and have huge participation. Indeed, everyday people were there to help and work with us.

And even the children were put to work!!

- The bases of the sensor and can

Given the operation of our water heaters, we need LIFTED the can and tilts the sensor. To do this we chose to make small brick structures.

- Plumbing

After instlle sensor and Chade water bottle on the roof, we had to connect all this to bring water to the showers.

- Painting

OUTSIDE:
first step, the plaster ponsage

Munay of 4 volunteers who gave us much help on this project

INTERIOR:

- Doors
We realized the doors of the building and wood for calamine PLASTICIZED so let her pass the light.

- Cutting the tree
A few meters of the building was a very tall tree, which was much shade the sensor and limit the hunting of water.
We agreed with the farmers to cut it, and this has been done! Instead print the slaughter of a tree over 30 meters high and mostly located a few meters from our building!

And voila the result

As you can see from the photo above, we also installs a safety net to protect our sensor for stray bullets! Indeed, the showers are located near a football field.

We also decorated the building of our Moumou usual.

And after these two weeks of work, we were finally able to inaugurate these showers.
The inauguration took place last Thursday.
We first offered a very good and hearty meals prepared by the community of La Mamitas

Just look at the amount of Papas in the pot in the foreground! And this is not the only one!

The mealtime

Then there were the speeches

Then the traditional breaking of beer as an opening, and finally an evening campfire.
